英語圏のクライアント向けに英語サイトをオープンしました。

2010年4月1日より獣徳会動物医療センターに英語診療科を新設いたします。
はじめにeメールかFAXにて受付していただき、予約診療のみの対応となります。
英語圏クライアントの対応にお困りの先生方も、飼い主様に下記の診療申し込みフォームのご利用をおすすめして頂き、お申し込みくださいますようお願い致します。

Reservations

en01 First, please make reservations.
We are sorry that English speaking staff is available only for part time, usually Wed, Thu, and Friday, during our morning, and afternoon hours (9:30-12:00).
This schedule may change occasionally.
Please make sure that you make reservations by emails or fax.
Questions may be sent by emails or fax as well.

We are very sorry that making reservations by phone-calls are not available at the moment. We can only accept it by emails.
Please try it more than a week in advance, if possible.

It is better if you could fill out the first visiting form, for the paperwork may take your time at the reception, and it also helps doctors to know you and your beloved animals better in advance.
We will try to respond to confirm your reservation as soon as possible.

Human Animal Bond
All of our service is based on Human Animal Bond.
All the staff will take care of your animals as your family members, by our Bond Centered Practice.

Travelling with your animals
Import/ export your pets to or from your home/visiting countries may take several steps and some time.
We are willing to help and share the medical requests to follow the requirements of each countries. It may include filling out the certification forms, vaccination, tests, directed by each government.
First, check the website of Japanese Animal Quarantine to export your animal from Japan, and also the website the country where you are heading to, for, each country has its own conditions to import animals. Print out the designated forms, and bring these documents. It takes more than months for some countries as Australia. We recommend that you will take each steps a few weeks in advance.
The fee may alter, depending on how many sheets to fill out, how much translations and phone-calls, email communication will be taken, how many tests ( health checks, vaccinations, deworming, and sometimes blood tests for antibody titer checks )and so on. We will estimate the total fee in advance.
